You will ensure accurate and timely reporting to both the business and our customer, meeting contractual KPIs in a fast-paced, complex environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive data analytics and reporting to support the Capability Development Program.Develop and maintain advanced reporting tools and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Collaborate with Workforce Planning Analysts to ensure accurate workforce planning and resource allocation.Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide timely, high-quality insights.Influence senior internal and external stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.Ensure continuous improvement of reporting processes in line with 'Lean' thinking principles.Support other programs within ASC as needed based on capability and workload.Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic domestic and international travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis.About youAt least 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop successful solutions.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.Experience in workforce planning and developing data analytics reports.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management (Power BI skills are desirable).Operational experience in Defence, complex manufacturing, mining, or construction is highly regarded.Highly driven, motivated, and customer-oriented with a strategic vision and attention to detail.EligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
