You will be entrusted with overseeing comprehensive integrity management programs tailored to specific site conditions and operational requirements. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding Lochard Energy's assets, including pipelines, pressure vessels, and related equipment, through rigorous inspection protocols, risk assessments, and proactive maintenance strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain fixed equipment inspection strategiesManage the vessel and piping inspection program in accordance with AS3788Manage the tank inspection program to API 653Manage the pipeline inspection program in accordance with AS2885Manage the inspection of structures and non-pressure containing infrastructure to Australian standardsCommunicate the inspection strategy and program with plant engineersAssist Operations & Maintenance and Asset Management with operational integrity, compliance and reliability engineering supportIdentify and deliver asset performance and continuous improvement process initiativesEstablish & maintain integrity engineering procedures & processesProvide technical guidance to the Integrity team to achieve consistency, including procedures, calculations, drawings, reports, specificationsManage inspections (Internal & External Piping Inspections; Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) Piping Inspections; Internal & External Vessel Inspections; CUI Vessel Inspections)Maintain the risk based inspection program for both the piping and vessel inspectionsPerform external PSV InspectionsPerform Fire System inspections such as hydrant and ring main valve inspectionsOwn, maintain and improve the inspection programs and related documentationAdvise with respect to inspection method improvements in support of Engineering and RBI teams quest for continuous improvement.Perform the Shutdown QA Role managing inspections during shutdownsSupport Asset Engineer to maintain the Vessel and Piping registersAbout YouYou will be proficient in the intricate workings of asset integrity, specializing in maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure peak performance and reliability.
