About the role: As the Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with a range of organisational tasks. You will provide project and general administrative support to a team of project managers with qualifications in environmental and engineering disciplines, which makes for a varied, diverse, and interesting role. You will support the team to deliver quality environmental assessment documentation and maintain high standards for document presentation and production. The role will report to the General Manager and will also involve providing day-to-day assistance to the Senior Leadership team, including handling communications and document control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This includes, reception duties, ordering office supplies, organising in-house catering, on-boarding new staff, liaise with our external IT provider to resolve office-wide IT issues, facilitating travel bookings through our external agent, and other special projects as needed. The role can adapt and grow for a motivated person looking to develop and extend their skills. The role is available as a full-time or part-time permanent position – working hours are negotiable with the right candidate.
