The Role : As a CRM Manager with a focus on Database and Automation, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of customer retention and continuity campaigns at Audika. This role involves leveraging database segmentation and automation tools to design efficient customer journeys, optimise campaign performance, and drive engagement through targeted, automated workflows. Responsibilities : Ensure budgeted financial goals in CRM categories are met, providing inputs for reforecasting and the annual budget. Contribute to the development and optimisation of CRM strategy to exceed revenue targets through improved database-driven continuity programs. Act as the Microsoft CRM expert, using campaign automation, templates, and customer data to optimise campaigns and improve automation processes. Manage end-to-end customer continuity and retention campaigns, including idea generation, proposal preparation, database management, and results monitoring. Analyse campaign outcomes with Business Intelligence, providing insights for data-driven decisions and improvements in automation. Work with the Contact Centre to optimise channel performance, streamline processes, and reduce costs through automation and more efficient channels like email and SMS. Collaborate with Marketing, Contact Centre, and Retail teams to enhance customer retention, lifetime value, and improve database segmentation for CRM campaigns. You will be successful in this role if you have : Strong experience in Direct Marketing, Lead Generation, and CRM activation with a focus on database management and automation. Skilled in creating consumer journeys, database segmentation, and leveraging automation to drive campaign results. Excellent verbal, written communication, and analytical skills to translate database insights into actionable strategies. Knowledge of digital marketing automation and CRM database systems, with a focus on improving efficiency through automation. 4+ years in CRM marketing campaign development, with a focus on automation and database-driven strategies. Strong direct response marketing and lead generation experience, with a proven ability to optimise campaigns through database insights. Experience fostering external relationships and applying automation to improve customer engagement. Preferred background in Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, or Health Care marketing.
