Situated in Burton, the Northeast Auto Group spans over 24 acres encompassing both heavy and light vehicle dealerships. We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Vehicle Stock Controller to our Truck Sales team.
About the role As a Vehicle Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in managing our inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels in our Truck Sales Department. This is a hugely varied and very fast paced role where you will need to be able to adapt on your feet and think quickly.
Responsibilities will include: Ordering vehicles in line with Manufacturer's guidelines.Processing invoices from external suppliers ensuring accurate pricing.Completing and authorising registration papers and internal orders to execute new vehicle preparation.Receiving and distributing reports from the manufacturer.Ensuring manufacturer and internal deadlines are met.Processing internal paperwork concerning new vehicle deliveries.Submitting registration delivery advice and fleet claims to manufacturer on a regular basis.Ensuring vehicles for delivery are prepared on time and to the correct specification.About You: Experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, or similar role is desirable.Ability to work in an ever-changing environment where no day is the same and meet tight deadlines with confidence.Thorough understanding of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.Ability to analyse and problem solve, with strong attention to detail.Proficient in using CRM /Stock Management software and MS Excel for data analysis.Ability to manage and maintain relationships with various teams and stakeholders.About Us Established in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation employing 630 people in SA, VIC, QLD, NSW and NT.
