This is a great opportunity to shape and enhance reward strategies across Australia and New Zealand with some wider involvement across the APAC region.The DetailReporting to the Group HR Director based in Sydney and working with a close knit, capable and hands on HR team you will be responsible for:Manage remuneration programs:
Oversee group-wide remuneration programs, including annual reviews, market matching/pricing, salary continuance, and superannuation offerings.Provide expert advice:
Offer expert remuneration and benefit advice to business leaders and HR teams, responding to ad-hoc remuneration solutions.Reporting and analytics:
Deliver monthly and high-level data reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy in collaboration with HR Reporting Analyst.Governance and compliance:
Assist in governance of the remuneration framework, design incentive programs, and ensure compliance with legislation and fairness for all employees.Market trends and relationships:
Stay updated with market trends, benchmark data, and maintain relationships with external bodies to ensure competitive compensation plans.Support and implementation:
Support the Group HR Director and Leadership team in implementing new initiatives and major remuneration change programs and provide assistance to Payroll and HR colleagues.About YouYou will be a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits specialist ideally having worked in Financial Services and a matrix environment. You will need to have:In-depth knowledge of developments and expertise in reward and benefits including creating and refining management information from raw data sources.Knowledge of building compensation and incentive packages programs at all seniority levels with knowledge of sales-based compensation programs.Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Remuneration & Benefits leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, driving change, and streamlining processes.
