Learn more about us here: https://jobpathways.org.au About the Role: Reporting to the Assistant Manager Human Resources, the Human Resources Officer plays a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of HR functions across the organisation. This position encompasses responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, records management, compliance, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Shortlisting, interviews, and pre-employment checks Liaise with hiring managers and provide guidance & support while recruiting Ensure candidates have a professional and positive experience Coordinate onboarding and induction processes in collaboration with relevant departments HR Support/Admin: Provide operational support and first-line HR advice to staff and managers Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation, organisational policies, and contractual requirements Assist with maintaining accurate and compliant employee records & HR documentation Support employee wellbeing, performance, and engagement initiative. Provide support with HR systems: data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting Assist the HR team with general administative duties Qualifications & Experience: Essential Proven experience in administrative or HR support roles, demonstrating attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse workforce Competence in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment Sound understanding of HR practices and employment legislation Desirable Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Experience in a corporate or not-for-profit environment will be highly regarded Prerequisites National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Job Pathways?
