We are currently recruiting a Professional,Reliable and Efficient WAPOL Adminstration Officer with dual responibilties to assist as a Dispatch Officer/ Gerneral Office as support.
Must have excellent skills in the below areas:
Knowledge in Accounting Program - XeroEfficiency in all General ComputingPrograms- Word/ExcelInvoicingAccounts Reconcillation RemittancesFollowing Up Insurance Companies & Insurance Knowledge idealMust pass a Police Intergrety checkMaintaining Vechile Inventory across all depots.Pricing of Works & Verfication of JobsTime Management SkillsCustomer Service oh a High StandardKnowledge in the transport / towing industry would be preferred but not necessaryMust be able to work autonomously and to a deadline.
To excel in this position you need to be able to multi-task in stressful conditions. In addition to being a excellent communicator ,fast thinker, and have superb organizational and interpersonal skills..
You will act in a supporting manner to our primary Dispatch Officer, with extra responsbilties including:
Responsibilities:
Answer emergency and non-emergency calls.Dispatch jobs quickly and most cost effectiveRespond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with appropriate departmentsOperate and manage a multi-line telephone system and a interfaced computer system.Respond to queries relating to each jobUse the phone and computer to direct Drivers to appropriate sitesPrioritize and organize calls according to urgencyMaintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation relating to each job.Requirements:
