You will be an excellent communicator with team organisation and management abilities, able to ensure that all duties are dealt with positively, on time and to a high standard. In this role you will be responsible for:
Lead the development, management, and review of HR policies, processes, and procedures
Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolve employee grievances,
Offer direction on HR-related matters, encompassing conflict mediation, employment concerns, and performance oversight.
Recruitment and staff selection duties including conducting interviews, ensuring staff retention, running training and introductory sessions and management of employee relations
Assess staff training, learning, and professional development needs and monitor delivery against those needs
Contribute to development of HR strategic and operational plan as well as HR budget
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs encompass managing salaries, processing payrolls, and handling employee enrollment
To be successful in this role you have:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
Deep understanding of workforce dynamics
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
