The Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been caring for the Broome community for over 45 years.
We deliver comprehensive, holistic, and culturally responsive primary healthcare, social and emotional wellbeing services, and NDIS support to more than 6500 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Broome region.

Role and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. Working in a multidisciplinary community health setting, you will deliver care across a variety of specialty areas, including:
* Chronic disease management
* Aged care and NDIS
* Primary health care and child health
Your role will involve providing person-centred, culturally safe care that improves health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
You'll also have the chance to educate and support non-clinical staff, contribute to BRAMS' Model of Care, and help uphold our Quality Care Framework.
About You
We are seeking a generalist nurse with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates with experience in aged care, chronic disease management, or Aboriginal health will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you'll need:
* AHPRA registration as a Health Professional
* A current Australian Driver's Licence
* Qualifications in Public Health or Chronic Disease Management (desirable)
* A commitment to working within BRAMS' Quality Care Framework
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
* A collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
