We are currently seeking a Strata Manager to join this fun yet professional team.
The Role:
Currently seeking a Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a small & tidy portfolio of properties all in the area, this is an opportunity that will see you:
* Managing a portfolio of buildings - all based on North Shore
* Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
* Arranging quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
* Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings
* Preparing budgets for presentations to AGMs
* Convene and conduct meetings via Zoom
* Administration & accounts support will be provided
The Candidate:
* Previous Strata Management experience
* Comes with glowing references & strong tenure
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Possess a strong work ethic, can work in a team & have a positive attitude
