Job Title: Project Coordinator
Gippsland PHN is a not-for-profit charity working to improve whole of system healthcare at a regional level.
We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to oversee the implementation, tracking and monitoring of funded targeted projects and key initiatives within our project management team.
The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in managing complex projects, program development and evaluation.
The role involves engaging with primary health professionals and sectors, including general practice, allied health, nursing and midwifery, and other primary health providers to provide quality access to primary care services.
About the Role:
* Support design projects in line with incoming schedules and grant guidelines
* Implement activities and maintain project plans
* Monitor project progress, including deliverables, budget and scope, and maintain project governance
* Create project status reports for the leadership team and Executive
* Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and alignment with Gippsland PHN guidelines
* Develop communication/engagement plans to support project delivery
* Engage with and build relationships with project stakeholders
* Collate data and write professional reports relating to projects
