Leading independent music distributor GYROstream is seeking a highly organised and creative Artist Marketing Coordinator to support our growing artist services department. This role is instrumental in managing the administrative and creative tasks necessary for successful artist campaigns. The coordinator will assist with project administration, content creation, and the development of pitch materials to help artists thrive in a competitive industry.KEY POSITION OBJECTIVES Administrative Support: Manage the day-to-day administrative duties for artist marketing projects, including scheduling, coordination of resources, and communication with internal teams. These tasks will vary and fluctuate depending on the needs of the team.Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the artist services department to plan and execute marketing campaigns for artists, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling pitch decks, marketing materials, and reports that effectively communicate the value of services to artists, labels, and other stakeholders.Data and Reporting: Assist in compiling data on marketing campaign performance, helping to create insights and recommendations for future campaigns.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily administrative tasks related to artist marketing projects, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines.Coordinate resources and maintain clear communication between internal teams, artists, and external partners.Maintain records, organise files, and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Collaborate with the artist services department to design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for artists.Ensure that all deliverables (assets, content, timelines) are tracked and deadlines are met.Liaise with artists and their management teams to communicate campaign progress and gather necessary materials.Assist in creating pitch decks, promotional materials, and campaign reports.Collect and organise data on campaign performance across platforms.Produce reports that summarise campaign outcomes.Basic accounting administration including generating quotes and invoices, running basic reports and assisting with marketing advance reconciling.ROLE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Creative thinking and experience in content creation, especially with marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, reports).Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to project management.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Passion for music and a desire to help independent artists succeed.Enthusiastic and results-driven with attention to detail.Trend spotting and analytical skills to interpret streaming data and trends.Express ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communication to both clients and internal staff.APPLY Please apply through Employment Hero or Swag App include your CV and a cover letter addressed to Alison for why you feel you're fit for the role and align with GYROstream's company values!GYROstream is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all persons regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, veteran or military status, genetic information or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
