You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining ambitious standards of service, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the business.Key Accountabilities:Operational Leadership:Manage day-to-day restaurant or venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Uphold and enhance the venue's reputation for excellence in food, service, and ambiance.Customer Experience:Ensure an exceptional guest experience by consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Implement pricing and menu strategies to optimize profitability.Team Management:Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, including servers, chefs, bartenders, and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.Events and Marketing:Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive business growth.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
