Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Ability to plan and develop tools and/or review strategies, policies and procedures that support and facilitate a multidisciplinary team approach to patient safety and quality activities.
* Ability to build enduring relationships and communicate in a clear, succinct and considered manner, adjusting the message so that it resonates with different stakeholders building strong and mutually beneficial connections to improve safety, quality and patient experience.
* Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Sunshine Coast Health patient safety and quality plans that drive a safety culture through ongoing engagement of clinicians.
* Demonstrated ability in issue identification, research, advanced analytics and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions for advice or resolution.
Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $164 212 p.a., comprising salary rates: $66.85 - $72.58 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Fixed-Term Temporary Part-Time, 60.8hrs p.f for up to six weeks).
