You will have the opportunity to rotate across various, relevant areas of our business where you can build on your capabilities and create a career that's right for you.
This may include being onsite for a major asset upgrade, being involved in the pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of a project, involved in detailed design with our consulting business Entura, or working on our strategic asset plan.
The program also involves:Depending on your role, working at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes.Being a part of big renewable infrastructure projects that are working towards powering the nation.Taking part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues.This is a permanent, ongoing role where we will work with you to place you within the business in time for the conclusion of the program.Key attributes you will bring to the program:A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics and Renewable).Passion, enthusiasm and a commitment to driving positive change.Abilities to communicate and work effectively (written and verbal) in a team environment.Attention to detail and self-awareness.Willingness to learn and build relationships inside and across the business.Haven't convinced you yet?Along with a competitive remuneration package within an accelerated remuneration framework, there are a range of benefits in joining Hydro Tasmania's Graduate Program!
