You will be employed on a labour hire basis with IPA by Synergie, the pay rate is based at an A02 level and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.Responsibilities: Deliver a variety of administrative and customer support services within the Department's service standards, guidelines, procedures and governance obligations.Work effectively as part of, and contribute to the Customer and Business Services Team.Demonstrate proficiency in the use and maintenance of administrative support systems.Follow refined processes and apply legislative requirements.Process applications, licensing, and permits.Support accurate and efficient financial outcomes, undertaking finance duties.Key Capabilities: Effective communication with a customer focus.Ability to demonstrate administrative function and technical knowledge.Utilise time effective strategies, prioritising tasks.A valid driver's licence, administrative background, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.Training on specific requirements, relating standards, WHS requirements, and systems will be provided to the successful candidate.How to Apply: If you're passionate about making a difference and meet the requirements, we'd love to hear from you!
