Liebherr Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced product management leader to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Divisional General Manager – Product Management, Mining. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Autonomous Mining Equipment product management team, driving strategic product development, and ensuring our solutions seamlessly integrate with Liebherr Australia's established product lines Hydraulic Excavators (HEX), Off-Highway Haul trucks (OHT), Mining Dozers (DOZ), and Technology).
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team focused on continuous improvement.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans for the entire Autonomous Mining Equipment product portfolio.
3. Manage and coordinate the planning and mapping of product dependencies and integration requirements to ensure consistent product development across multiple machine, automation, and technology offerings.
4. Utilise market analysis, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to define future product roadmaps and product range needs.
5. Manage and deliver projects aligned with the Mining division's strategic objectives.
Your experience
6. Engineering education or technician training with additional training in business management or project management.
7. Demonstrated experience in a senior product management role within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a related industry.
Desirable
8. Fluency in German or French
