YOUR NEW ROLEAs a valued member of this winning Conveyancing/Property Team reporting to an industry-leading partner, you will love the high autonomy, challenge, and satisfaction of managing your own conveyancing files from start (pre-exchange) to settlement/post-settlement (predominantly residential developments/off-the-plans and some commercial property ). Specifically, you will be: liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, and real estate agents; preparing sale contracts and other property-related documents; advising on, reviewing, and negotiating terms of purchase contracts; liaising with outgoing and incoming mortgagees; preparing settlement figures; attending to exchange and settlement; finalising post-settlement matters including registration. WHO YOU AREWe are interested in hearing from you if you: are a fully qualified licensed conveyancer (essential); have a minimum of 4+ years (or more) NSW conveyancing experience in residential (including off-the-plan developments - ESSENTIAL) and some commercial property (preferable, not essential); have a proven success running your own conveyancing files from start (initial client enquiry/pre-exchange) to finish (settlement/post-settlement) with minimal supervision; are super organised, can handle a minimum of 20-25+ files at any given time, are deadline-driven, and have excellent communication and people skills; are client-centric, results-focused, and have a high attention to detail ; have strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) skills and PEXA (essential).
