About the role
The Child Health Nurse provides comprehensive primary health care with a particular focus on child health to provide our babies and children the best start in life.
The position sits within the Child Health Engagement Team and works with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Registered Nurses, SEWB Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, an Aboriginal Liaison Officer, Care Coordinator, Transport Officer, and Client Service Officers.
