About the Role
Join our Group’s Performance Management team assisting with the delivery of timely and accurate performance reporting. This role involves supporting the production of monthly and annual management reports and assisting with the forecast and annual budget compilation. You will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure precise and timely reporting, being part of the team providing valuable insights to the CFO and EXCO.
In this role, you will assist with the preparation of half and full-year MD&A reporting involving collaboration with Finance and other departments. Additionally, you will prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for management and where required present to leadership teams. You will also drive process excellence by improving end-to-end processes, standardisation, and documentation.
About you
You are ideally a CPA, CA, or ICAA qualified professional (or hold an international equivalent qualification) with relevant experience in accounting, performance management or financial planning & analysis ideally within the Banking and Finance industry.
You possess the ability to work directly with stakeholders and consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision from management. Your understanding of the Banking and Finance industry is sound, and you have solid written and verbal communication skills.
You have a continuous improvement mindset and the drive to enhance end-to-end processes. You are curious and self-motivated and have developed problem-solving skills coupled with an attention to detail. You can work effectively in both small and larger team environments and communicate clearly with all levels of staff.
