2 X 6 month contract role for an experienced Customer Service professional.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9-5 p.m.

Fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful Non-Profit for an experienced Customer Service professional. Your will assist a range of clients who may be be NDIS participants, Carers, Support Co-ordinators and other Non-Profits.
6 months contract role, starting ASAP!
Working as part of a large and friendly team you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service, dealing with queries both on the phone and through email correspondence.
You will be given full training to support a range of people calling in with queries regarding financial plan management for people with a disability.
After the initial training period you will be working from home 4 days out of 5, and you will receive equipment to enable you to do your job efficiently remotely.
* Mon-Friday, 9-5 p.m.
* NDIS, WWCC, Police Check will all be required due to the nature of the industry. (This can take up to 3 weeks)
* 6 months initially, with potential to extend
* This position is based in Scoresby and you must have access to own transport
* $33.56 per hour plus super. Starting ASAP.
Please note - experience in a Corporate Customer Service environment is essential.
