Due to continued growth and success, a newly created opportunity is now available for a passionate, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of the businesses marketing strategies. Reporting to the Directors, this role will see you working on a variety of projects, including print, digital marketing, social media content, website maintenance, sales collateral and events, with the ultimate aim to increase sales and brand awareness in the industry. This position can be either full time or part time. What's great about this role: Secure, stable Company with ongoing growth plans Opportunity to be creative with loads of variety in your work Tight knit, collaborative team environment Reputable business with a high level of honesty & integrity Duties: Devise a strategic marketing plan across all marketing platforms including; website, social media, print, digital and sales presentation collateral Build strong internal relationships to actively reinforce & promote the Group’s branding Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement Research upcoming relevant industry events, including trade shows and exhibitions Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences Photograph & promote WIP/Finished Projects across all marketing channels Website design and maintenance (Squarespace website) Develop catchy pitch presentation collateral to be used to convert leads into sales Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience or equivalent in a similar role Degree of Diploma in Marketing or related discipline desirable but not essential Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms – including social media management tools, email marketing software and analytics platforms Knowledge of graphic design software & content management systems Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite & Canva CRM, Social Media and email marketing experience Creative eye and passion for detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities MUST be living in Australia and have full AU working rights How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
