You have the opportunity to gain a wealth of expertise and a diverse range of skills, providing insight and knowledge without losing sight of your work-life balance or wellbeing.In this role, you'll:Join our Engineering and Maintenance Asset Management branch that provides resources and expertise to support the organisation in implementing best practice management of Sydney Trains' assets.Lead, manage and coordinate the development and implementation of whole of life asset strategies and Asset Management plans for all Sydney Trains' Fixed and Rolling Stock assets.Manage a team of Asset Managers to lead and manage the Asset Management Strategies for all asset types including Civil, Track, Electrical, Signal, Control Systems and Technology assets.Lead the development of the 10-year long term Asset Maintenance Management Plans and funding strategy for the Maintenance Directorate of Sydney Trains' Annual Works Program.You're a collaborative and talented people leader with extensive knowledge of Financial and Asset Management and impacts across the asset lifecycle. You come from a high-risk industry with a strong understanding of engineering in a complex environment and the funding and risk complexities that come with this.You have the ability to apply an analytical skill set to the Asset Management Strategies and cascade large scale medium to long term asset maintenance and capital works programs. You demonstrate stakeholder engagement expertise, decisiveness, and drive to get things done.
