account management teams, and other key stakeholders to create anything from high-end quality video content, animated shorts, ATM screens, digital media screens to banner ads.We need to stand out in a competitive digital landscape.Your creations will play a key role in elevating our visual content and captivating our audiences.You will need to be capable of creating communication that is of like?Working with the team – immediate & broader/internal and external from conception through to final execution in the creation of high-quality motion graphics and animation-based projects as well as static assets if required across all channels.Applying ANZ design & brand principles in the creation of delightful and intuitive motion projects to meet stakeholders' needs.Providing creative vision in the editing process, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed work.Developing creative, strategic ideas that solve specific creative challenges.Proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement of design systems, design framework, guidelines, workflows, processes, and tooling.Organising and maintaining video files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.QA and quality control review of final output and source files.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphic design, preferably in a creative, advertising agency, or production studio environment.Ability to take an initial concept/storyboard to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations.History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions.Excellent working knowledge of creative and production functions including quality & technical standards.Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar.Exceptional relationship, management and presentation skills which allow you to work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers throughout all phases of project development.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to follow direction.Understanding of broadcast and digital distribution best practices including technical aspects of production.Strong commitment to attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of all social media platforms and an understanding of their specs and how to apply them.Some additional 'nice to have' skills for this role include: Deep understanding and experience with Cinema 4D.HTML experience.Experience in live event and studio production,
