The team crafts engaging content that enhances storytelling and helps achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.About the roleThis role will work in consultation with the Assistant Director to drive and implement the organisational strategic agenda to achieve section and business outcomes. The Video Production Lead will:Manage work streams related to the development of video content from concepts to final production.Shoot, edit and deliver video content for ASC platforms.Provide coaching and mentoring to Video Production staff.Lead audio-visual production for key organisational events including the AIS Awards, ASC Media Awards, and all-staff events.Create and support content for commercial sponsors and on-site audio-visual needs.Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders for audio-visual content creation.Provide photography and multimedia support.Be accountable for the archiving of audio-visual material.Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable business development plans, strategies, and systems.Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, and guidelines that deliver business outcomes for the ASC.Manage the team effectively, providing high-level judgement, decision-making, and people management to optimise both individual and team performance.Actively promote and role model the ASC values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, and Teamwork, contributing to positive organisational change, effective communication, and continuous improvement.About youWe are looking for an individual to lead the production and delivery of content that aligns with the priorities and brands of the organisation. The successful candidate will have:Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated high-level experience in video production, including filming, editing, photography, multimedia, and related technology.A minimum of 5 years of industry experience delivering production materials.A demonstrated record of working independently and as part of a team to develop high-quality digital video and multimedia content.Experience supporting and maintaining archival and workflow processes.Experience managing communications with internal and external stakeholders and delivering high-quality business outcomes.This position is offered as an ongoing position.Why work with us?We have offices located in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.
