Experience in the use of a client relationship management software system, such as Microsoft CRM, will be highly regarded.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:This is an exciting opportunity based in Dubbo for a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator, passionate about providing high quality customer service & administration support services to clients.Key Duties will include, however not limited to:Provide front line sales and customer service to clients, including customer liaison and reception duties.Respond to and support clients and the community in their journey of Interrelate services, including facilitating effective referralsUndertake initial assessments of client needsMake client appointments and confirm bookingsUndertake receptionist, administrative and accounts dutiesMaintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client database ensuring high attention to detailAccounts duties and reporting – maintain the assets register, process banking, accounts, purchasing and updating client databases.Provide secretarial support to the team in consultation with your Line ManagerThis is a Fixed term contract until 30 June 2026, working 37.5hrs each week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.You will be paid an hourly rate of $37.68 per hour + 11.5% superannuation.ABOUT US:Interrelate is a not-for-profit provider of relationship and family support services.
