Head of Content, you'll lead a team of writers, designers, and specialists to create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. From
SEO-driven blogs and case studies to social media campaigns and video scripts, you'll ensure content is optimized, strategic, and aligned with business goals.What You'll Do:Develop and implement
content strategies
that drive engagement and business growth.Lead and mentor a team of full-time, part-time, and freelance content creators.Oversee the production of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social content, video scripts, and more.Collaborate with
SEO experts, designers, and marketing teams
to ensure content performs.Manage
content calendars
and ensure consistent, high-quality output.Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies.Stay ahead of industry trends, digital best practices, and emerging content formats.Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice and tailor content accordingly.Experiment with new content formats and distribution strategies.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in
content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally in an agency setting.Strong
leadership and team management skills .Exceptional
writing, editing, and storytelling
abilities.Deep knowledge of
SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies .Proficiency in
CMS platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software .Ability to juggle multiple projects in a
fast-moving, deadline-driven
environment.Strong
analytical skills
to measure and optimize content performance.Excellent
