This will be achieved through providing service excellence and creating brand affinity across Shannons Business Development Event activity in the Motor Enthusiast community.Key responsibilities include:Assist in building and maintaining an environment that encourages staff engagement, promotes service excellence, and recognises and rewards successLead the integration of activity of Shannons Business Development including outbound activity into the Shannons Outbound teamLead a team that will be focused on Business Development activity specifically related to Shannons Attended Events, Partnerships, COI (Centres of Influence), VIPs, and Car ClubsManage, mentor, and develop the team in building and maintaining strong relationships within the Motoring CommunityProvide Business Development team performance insights related to results, products, pricing, competitor, and industry.Skills & Experience:Previous Leadership experience in a sales and business development environmentExperience in managing remote teams and business partnersA proven ability to coach for performance and influence peers to achieve sales resultsExperience in people and/or performance managementDemonstrated ability to use customer insights and commercial acumen to drive performance and achieve profitable growth targets.If this role sounds like the challenge you have been looking for, please submit an application online today.
