Job Summary:

Primary Duties:
* Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and contractors.
* Maintain and organize site documentation and records.
* Schedule uniform orders and coordinate travel and accommodation.
* Assist with personnel management and site logistics.
* Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily site operations.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient site processes.
* Manage and track site expenses and budgets.
* Assist with procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
* Monitor and report on-site safety and compliance with regulations.
* Handle communications and information flow within the site.
* Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
You'll Bring:
* Proven admin experience, preferably in the mining or related industry.
* Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical examination.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Team player with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in office software and data management.
* Current and valid driver's license, and access to a car.
