About The Role
We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Jimboomba branch as a part-time Personal Banking Consultant. Whether you are looking to start a career in the finance industry or seeking a good work/life balance, this may be the opportunity for you!
As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving, and proactively promoting our products and services.
Some of your key duties will include having quality conversations and educating our Members on our products and services, performing Member transactions, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Your positive manner, attention to detail, and eagerness to remain up to date with skills and knowledge will allow you to succeed in this role.
This is a part-time position working roughly 30 hours per week. The successful applicant will also be required to work at any branch across the region when required.
About You
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Demonstrated sales experience
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
* A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
* Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
