Job Description:
* Oversee collections operations to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
* Implement credit strategies and standards to minimize bad debts and financial risks.
* Prepare financial reports and statements for the Accounting & Finance department.
* Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
* Train and mentor collections staff to enhance performance.
* Continually review and improve collections processes and systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate collections with business systems.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in credit control and collections management.
* Excellent knowledge of collections processes and legal requirements.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
