You will be a strong leader, an excellent coach, and develop teams to operate efficiently and drive customer sales. You are a strong visual merchandiser and can drive in-store promotions. Set and drive KPI’s for your store and area teams, multitasking across various operational and retail activities.You are an outgoing, strong, natural leader who can inspire people and bring them on the journey with you through your passion.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled business manager who is looking to take your career to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Drive the business to reach financial and operational targets through sales, setting and reaching KPI’s, monitoring of shrinkage and inventory through analysis.Offer and lead exceptional customer experience and service standards.Leading, developing, and motivating your team to ensure high performance.Manage Visual Merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure execution and excellence.Manage and monitor store costs in line with the business operations.Create, build, and maintain customer loyalty.Create and develop a positive, vibrant working environment whilst coaching your teams.Proactive approach to support and offer guidance to other state-based stores.Scheduling, rostering, and reporting as required.Skills / Experience / Qualifications:Sound business acumen with exposure and experience with various financial and operational KPI’s.Self-motivated and passionate about developing an excellent customer service model.Strong interpersonal skills, with proven success in leading and developing a team.Flair for merchandising and in-store promotions.Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business.Passion for the brand and the industry.Previous experience managing in a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment.Computer literate experience with system knowledge similar to Pronto would be advantageous.Let's Talk About UsRSEA Safety is a fast-growing and leading independent, omni-channel player in the safety market with over 700 employees.
