Provide operations support for the SATC's managed events (Santos Tour Down Under, Tasting Australia presented by RAA Travel, and National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant) and managing asset requirements for Events South Australia sponsored events.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Oversee the administration and management of Food Vendors and Exhibitors for Tasting Australia and the Santos Tour Down Under
* Assist the event operation leads in identifying and costing the operational requirements for Events South Australia managed events and any new events being developed by Events South Australia
* Manage operational aspects of site during event including access, security, traffic and crowd control, signage, infrastructure, facilities and services in the absence of the event operations leads
* Contribute to the effectiveness of the ESA warehouse management system by ensuring deliveries and pick-ups follow organisational procedures
* Assist the event operations leads’ in site office management, data collation and daily record keeping
* Oversee the administration, installation and storage of signage and branding for the Tasting Australia hubs (Town Square)
* Ensure the Events South Australia operational assets are stored and maintained appropriately
This position is offered as a 5-year Non-Executive contract at a remuneration level of ASO4.
