As an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) seeking career promotion, this role will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to undertake a range of assessments and contribute to the clinical leadership, function as shift leaders, oversee planning of individual care for each client. You will support the development and maintain a high quality care environment by promoting and participating in quality improvement activities and initiatives.
