About the Role Streem is looking for a motivated media mogul to join the Corporate or Government team as our newest Account Manager. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of our largest corporate and government clients, responsible for nurturing robust customer relationships on an operational and strategic level. Reporting to the Group Account Manager, you will act as a bridge between Streem and our clients, offering support, expertise and education whilst being an internal advocate of your client's experience. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and updating your clients' Streem account and driving initiatives to maximise value for users. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing top-tier support to a diverse clientele. They will be confident in their ability to adapt to the unique needs of customers, informed by a strong sense of initiative and keen interest in the Australian Media industry. The ideal candidate is not afraid of challenges but motivated by them, able to proactively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp attention to detail. They will also demonstrate a balanced blend of commercial prowess and service orientation. What You'll Be Responsible For Client Lifecycle Maintenance: Identify solutions to customer challenges and facilitate onboarding, retention, satisfaction, feedback and support strategies across Streem's offering. Customer Relationship Development: Serve as the face of Streem for your clients; build, strengthen and expand existing client relationships by actively identifying growth opportunities or churn risks. Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Acting as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs by providing feedback to internal stakeholders and collaborating to deliver positive outcomes. Building & Maintaining User Accounts: Establish, customise and manage your clients' Streem account using keyword and/or Boolean searches, and use Streem to produce transcripts, summaries, reports, and Media Items. Training & Development: Use your expertise of Streem to train and educate customers on the effective use of the Streem platform through virtual and face-to-face demonstrations throughout the client lifecycle. Client Media Check-Ups: Proactively identify critical media mentions, key events, and potential issues for your clients, and relay these to the appropriate internal teams to collaboratively address them.
