Key Responsibilities: Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients. Issue invoices accurately and timely. Monitor invoice payments closely and follow up on overdue accounts. Conducting and reporting the credit risks. Negotiate payment plans with clients experiencing difficulties. Escalate serious debt issues to management. Maintain accurate records of all credit activities. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Credit Controller, with a strong preference for candidates with experience within the construction industry. Strong understanding of credit and collections principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
