Marketing Manager - BIG W | Customer Experience

What you’ll do
4. Deliver a consistent, differentiated and relevant customer and brand experience across all touchpoints to grow key brand metrics in balance with business outcomes
5. Partner with Senior Marketing Manager to deliver an engaging omnichannel customer experience that seamlessly integrates across our store and digital channels including renewal canvas
6. Partner with Senior Marketing Manager to deliver customer journey maps, partnering with business and agency specialists to create deep understanding of customer led friction points in order to deliver core and distinctive omnichannel customer experiences
7. Partner & collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Commercial, Store Format, Group Next Gen team, Digital, Retail ops, Communications, Cartology) to ensure a unified approach to in-store and digital experiences that captivate customers and differentiate our brand.
8. Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data led market trends, and key performance indicators to continually refine and improve the customer experience; and stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
What you’ll bring
9. Previous experience as a Marketing Manager for a successful customer-centric brand
10. Strong omnichannel customer experience, and the ability to apply this to be the marketing strategic lead for our store program and digital roadmap
11. Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner in a fast-paced environment
12. Bravery to try new things, thinking outside the box to deliver brand centric customer experiences
13. Analytical insight; measurement and impact of data to show the business results of strategic marketing efforts
