This leading University is currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst for their IAM Uplift project.
Job Description
The role requires a strong technical background to facilitate the application discovery and requirements gathering activities that feed into the Access Management Solution Design and Implementation for each application onboarded to the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
Key Activities:
* Perform analysis to support discovery, define the problem, scoping activities, solutioning, and implementation planning.
* Work with IAM Architect, Solution Designer, and Technical Lead to capture application onboarding requirements for solution design.
* Develop Support / Operating models; process maps; KBAs or work instructions; end-user guides, and other service transition documents.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the IAM uplift project with effective implementation of features and partnering with key stakeholders.
* Lead implementation workshops and review application onboarding requirements and solution design with technical application stakeholders.
* Develop test scenarios, facilitate User Acceptance Testing, and end-user training for onboarded applications.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in similar roles.
* Previous experience working in Identity & Access Management programs and partnering with internal technology teams to deliver outcomes.
* Experience in conducting discovery and scoping activities in agile teams to support feature-based delivery model.
* Strong technical background to facilitate requirements gathering workshops with applications teams.
* Able to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience collaborating with technical resources (e.g., IAM Architect, Solution Designer, and Technical Lead) to capture details required for managing project backlog in Jira.
* Extensive experience supporting the delivery and implementation of large-scale enterprise projects.
* Good understanding of various enterprise technologies, such as Active Directory, Okta, Identity, Cloud Applications, Networks, etc.
