About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a driven HR leader to take ownership of the HR function in a fast-paced organisation.
You will lead across compliance, recruitment, and workforce management while supporting staff in hospitality and retail environments.
You will work strategically to build policies, optimise talent, and ensure compliance across multiple sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead compliance initiatives, including workplace safety, Awards interpretation, and employee relations.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies for casual and permanent staff.
* Partner with GMs and venue leaders to optimise workforce planning and labour management.
* Drive HR policy improvements, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.
* Advise and coach leaders on performance management, compliance, and team dynamics.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as an HR generalist, ideally in hospitality, retail, or casual workforce environments.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, workplace safety, and Awards interpretation.
Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills to engage and support leaders and teams.
