About the role The RN in the Angiography Team is a clinical specialty area within Barwon Medical Imaging.
The Barwon Medical Imaging department has 2 Angiography suites.
As part of this specialised team, the role includes scrub/scout patient monitoring, working alongside Interventional Radiologists and Vascular surgeons in a theatre environment.
Once trained, participate in an on-call roster supporting emergency after-hours specialised Angiography procedures 7 days a week, 24hrs a day.
The On Call roster is a self-rostering roster to accommodate work/life balance.
Our Medical Imaging Angiography Nurses provide clinical support at University Hospital Geelong and the southwest region of Victoria.
Working collaboratively with on-site Interventional Radiologists, Vascular surgeons, Treating Teams, Theatre, Radiographers and administrative teams, we pride ourselves on providing high quality consumer-focused care.
