1. Create and manage sales contracts, ensuring timely communication of contract consumption reports to Customers and Traders.
2. Process daily orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in inventory, contracts, and costing.
3. Communicate order confirmations, backorders, substitutions, and pricing issues with Customers.
4. Coordinate internal Customer requirements, serving as the main contact for order processing.
5. Oversee order releases to the warehouse, ensuring special packing and delivery instructions are noted.
6. Manage shipping logistics, including warehouse coordination, carrier scheduling, and invoicing.
7. Handle Customer inquiries, returns, and payment issues, working closely with QA, Traders, and Accounting.
About you:
1. Have previously worked in a Customer Service and Administrative role.
2. Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
3. Enjoy the stability of a close-knit office environment, where you can focus on meaningful work without the pressure of corporate hierarchy.
4. The ability to work with multiple departments to ensure Customer inquiries are managed and that all possible resources are used to achieve Customer success.
5. The ability to work autonomously and not be afraid to make decisions that will benefit the business's requirements.
