The Role: As a Complex Disability Support Worker, your mission will be to provide excellent care and assistance to the people we support. Your responsibilities include: ✅ Administering medication ✅ Hoist transfers ✅ Wound care ✅ Catheter care ✅ Behaviour support and reporting for restrictive practices ✅ Personal support and guidance to participants ✅ Encouraging and engaging participants in activities they love ⚠️ Sleepovers are a requirement of this role, along with working on some weekends. Immediate start available.
