About The Role As a Commercial Manager you'll act as key business partner, championing commercial awareness within the hotel, planning and executing commercial strategy with an emphasis on revenue, sales and marketing and will lead your team to deliver on our mission to be the most hospitable company in the world. Duties and Responsibilities: · Revenue Strategy & Management: Formulate hotel revenue plans with Hotel Manager and RMCC, proactively manage rates and occupancy to achieve RGI targets, and ensure accurate forecasting and monthly reporting of revenue streams. · Sales Team Leadership: Lead the sales team through daily/weekly meetings, develop comprehensive sales action plans across all market segments, identify high-potential team members, and create career development plans to foster professional growth. · Account Management & Development: Establish and nurture a segmented account strategy (A, B, C categories) across Corporate, Leisure and MICE sectors, personally manage strategic accounts, and convert business from competitors. · Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive hotel strategies, conduct thorough market research, and communicate insights to drive strategic advantage and maximise yield opportunities. · Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, RMCC, and Event Sales to develop promotional opportunities, ensure efficient communication between departments, and maximise business conversion. · Client Relationship Management : Identify decision-makers within client organisations, represent the hotel at industry networking functions, and actively promote hotel services to drive loyalty and repeat business. · System & Process Excellence: Ensure proper utilisation of Delphi system by all team members, maintain accurate client information, and regularly review data to identify new business opportunities. · Organisational Leadership: Actively participate in the Hotel's HOD Leadership Team, embody Hilton's values and vision, and contribute to driving the hotel's primary goals and annual targets.
