“Silverchain were very supportive with my onboarding – a clear orientation plan and buddy visits to help me understand the role. Being in community aged care allows me to be on the road, have autonomy with my daily calendar, seeing clients in different programs and being out and about.
Work life balance is great. Being able to work from home or in the office gives me the flexibility as needed. Most of all, the clients are fun to work with and I have learnt so many clinical and non-clinical skills about being an OT”
