At NAPA Centre, we offer world-renowned paediatric therapy services that embrace each child’s differences and work with them to overcome their unique challenges. Our allied health professionals develop individualised intensive therapy programs with unique combinations of our wide range of speech, physical, occupational, and other innovative therapies. Because each intensive program is tailored to a specific child, no two intensives are exactly alike. However, our beautiful customers follow up their intensive program with weekly sessions, allowing our therapists to not only gain exposure and diversity but also build relationships and consistency with the kids!
Speech Pathologists at NAPA Centre complete skilled assessments and provide intervention to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with disorders that affect the development of motor, cognitive, and behavioural skills within the professional scope of practice. The role will require all therapists to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions to patients with complex communication and feeding needs.
About the role:
We have waiting lists of customers and are seeking more passionate paediatric speech and language pathologists to join our state-of-the-art clinic. We can offer both full-time and part-time roles, and our team is large enough to support graduates all the way through to highly experienced speech therapists.
NAPA Centre offers our customers intensive three-week programs (Monday to Friday only) utilising highly innovative and evidence-based therapy methods and technology from around the globe, supported by typical weekly sessions. We have a proven track record of helping children achieve and even surpass their physical goals. We have a strong framework in multi-disciplinary rehabilitation and early intervention, using diverse techniques of traditional and non-traditional therapies. Each of our programs is tailored to each individual child's specific needs, which in some cases involves a combination of speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, and/or AAC training.
