Your key responsibilities will include:Provide specialist neurology services to children and adolescents with neurological and neuromuscular disorders on an inpatient and outpatient basis, including neurodiagnostics.Interpret and report on EEGs, EMGs, Evoked Potentials and Nerve Conduction Studies as allocated.Conduct regular clinical review of patients at appropriate intervals with a focus on evidence-based clinical care, quality and safety, KPI’s, medication safety, appropriate use of hospital resources, discharge planning and ensure that medical records are accurately updated following all patient reviews.Participate in on call, after hours and weekend cover as allocated and requested.Support and liaise with patients, carers, medical colleagues, nursing, allied health, support staff, external agencies, and the private sector to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care.About Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH): Western Australia's specialist paediatric hospital and trauma centre, with 298 beds.
