Job Description Project Cost Control: -Monitor and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures. -Implement and maintain cost control systems to ensure financial efficiency. -Prepare regular reports on project financial performance for stakeholders General Accounting: -Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments. -Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. -Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. -Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on project cost control. -Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations in Australia and Malaysia. -Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP) and MS Office Suite. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
