Join us as a Restaurant Manager to manage all aspects of our cafe's operations and provide excellent service to our customers. As a skilled and competent individual, you'll oversee the restaurant, ensure all operations run smoothly, and resolve problems promptly.Key Responsibilities include:- Coordinating and planning menus with Chefs and other kitchen staff.- Overseeing special functions and large bookings.- Planning the purchase and pricing of goods within budget.- Tracking stock levels and financial transactions.- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health regulations.- Communicating with customers to improve their experience.- Promoting our brand in the local community.Requirements:- AQF Associate Degree Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or 3 years of relevant experience).- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in the hospitality industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.- Proficient management and leadership skills.We offer a salary of AU$70,000 to AU$75,000 per year and a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week.
