Manage the overall operations of the firm to ensure the successful delivery of multi-residential projects. Lead and mentor a team of 5 associates and their respective teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Collaborate with directors to set and achieve growth strategies for the company. Oversee business development efforts to expand the firm's portfolio and client base. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the architecture sector. Strong knowledge of managing teams and delivering large-scale multi-residential projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and driving business growth. BENEFITS.
